Good Morning by Jerianne Van Dijk

Cooking for my family brings me a lot of joy. My kitchen is my laboratory.

I view cooking the same way as doing experiments in the chemistry lab when I was a teenager.

Some points that I keep in mind while minding to the nourishment of my family are as follows.

  1. Always pray and ask the Lord for guidance in meal planning.

  2. Cook nutritious meals .

  3. Have variety in meals.

  4. Introduce new foods.

  5. Include meals from different ethnic origins to the meal plan. I rotate American, Chinese, Italian, Asian Indian, meals on different days.
